What products do I need to purchase to be eligible for the promotion?

To qualify purchase a qualifying Electrolux French Door Refrigerator during the Promotional Period

To be eligible, purchase one of the below qualifying Electrolux French Door Refrigerator models:

EHE5267BC, EHE5267SC, EHE6899BA, EHE6899SA, EHE5267BB, EHE5267SB

How long does the promotion last?

You must purchase your participating products during the Promotional Period: 18th December 2020 to 1st February 2021.

When is the latest I can submit a claim?

All claims (online or by mail) must be submitted and received between 18th December 2020 – 1st March 2021.

No claims will be accepted after the 1st March 2021 whether by online or post.

How do I enter this promotion?

You must complete the online claim form at: www.electrolux.com.au/promotions

Follow the prompts to the claim page during the Redemption Period and fill out the required details: You will be required to supply the following information:

  • Contact details: Name, Number, email address & state
  • Bank account details in order to receive your cashback
  • Product details: Model number and Serial Number and status of your order
  • Invoice details: invoice number, date, image of invoice and zero balance showing
  • Retailer details: Retailer name, suburb and State

Once you provide the above details, submit your claim. You will receive email confirmation of your claim and claim ID number.

What is required of my invoice?

In accordance to the Terms & Conditions, please provide a valid purchase Tax Invoice.

A valid Tax Invoice is to contain the name of the retail store, a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), the details of the purchased product (model number and description) and the full name of the purchaser.

The customer name on the invoice must also match the name of the person claiming the cashback.

Your uploaded Invoice image must be in jpg/png/pdf format.

I am receiving an error on the site because my invoice file is too large to upload to the site?

If your file is too large to upload you can take a screenshot of it on your desktop and upload the screenshot file. If you are on mobile, saving the image with a smaller size should fix the issue.

I don't have internet or email, is there another way for me to enter in this promotion?

You can mail in your claim to PO Box 1245, Strawberry Hills, NSW 2012.  You must include the following details with the letter:

  1. Name (must be the same name as on the invoice)
  2. Contact phone number
  3. Contact Email Address
  4. Copy of purchase Tax Invoice

Once this mail is received, we will contact you to confirm invoice and request bank account details for the cashback to be processed (once your claim has been validated)

I entered a different name on the online claim form, from the name shown on the invoice. Is this OK?

No, it is not. The name/entrant on the claim form must match the name on the invoice, in order to be eligible for this promotion. Claims that are received showing a different name will be made invalid.

How do I know how much value I will get back with my cashback?

The cashback amount awarded will be dependent on the product purchased. Cashback values are as follows:

How will I receive my cashback?

The cashback will be awarded in the form of a payment via EFT to a nominated bank account.

What if the payment fails to reach my account?

You will receive an email advising your payment failed and will be asked to resupply your EFT details for processing.

When will I receive my cashback?

Claimants should allow 6 – 8 weeks for delivery of their cashback from the end of the redemption period.

Can I enter multiple times?

One (1) claim per person (with a maximum also of one (1) claim collectively by all persons in any one household) are permitted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Why is there no box to tick for Privacy? Is it a secure website?

This is a secure website – your privacy is protected throughout the website. As per the Terms and Conditions, Electrolux may use your information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning you.

Why don't I get an email back straight away after registering?

Sometimes there are short delays in email transmission. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour, you may have entered an incorrect email address. It is also possible that your email service provider is blocking this mail as spam or junk mail. Please check your spam and junk mail folders. If you still have not received a confirmation email you can contact us via email at: [email protected] for assistance.

How do I update my details on the online claim form?

You can update your personal details or product serial numbers via clicking on the link you received in the confirmation email. You can only update these details prior to validation.

Where can I find my serial number?

Your serial number can be found on the product box, on a white sticker. If you don’t have the box anymore, you can find the serial number on the product itself. Please use our serial number guide to find your serial number: download guide PDF

My product is on backorder or out of stock and I can’t supply my serial number. Can I still submit a claim?

Yes, if you have purchased and paid in full your qualifying products during the Promotional Period by the 1st March 2021.

You must submit your claim before the 1st March 2021.

Once your claim is received you will receive an email with a link to allow you to summit your serial number when your product arrives. You have until 2nd May 2021 to submit your serial number to ensure that your claim can be validated for your cashback.

Failure to submit your serial number by the 2nd May 2021 period will render your claim invalid.

Will products purchased from commercial (trade) or wholesale suppliers be accepted?

No, purchases made from commercial or wholesale suppliers are not eligible for this promotion.

Will products purchased on a rental agreement be accepted?

Yes, as long as the rental plan exceeds 18 months. Rental agreements where the terms are less than 18 months are not eligible for this promotion.
